Surgery Times

Surgery opening times are as follows:
Monday to Friday 8.00am – 1.00pm and 2.00 - 6.30pm with the exception of Thursdays when we close at 1.00pm. The surgery is closed on bank holidays.

Out-Of-Hours Service

In the event of a medical emergency always telephone our main surgery number: 01527 872426. Be ready to hear a recorded message which will give you the telephone number to ring. Alternatively, you may wish to telephone NHS Direct, a nurse-led helpline, on 0845 4647 for advice.

OUT-OF-HOURS COVER on weekdays from 6.30pm - 8.00am and at weekends from 6.30pm Friday - 8.00am Monday is provided by the Worcestershire GP Emergency Service. Cover on Thursday afternoons from 1.00 - 6.30pm is provided by Primecare. If you require a doctor in an emergency, please ring 01527 872426 and have a pen ready to take down the details of the telephone number to ring. Telephone calls may be recorded; strict medical confidentiality will apply.

Emergencies

If you are confronted by a serious problem such as acute chest pain or severe bleeding, you should telephone 999.
