Practice Snow Update – Important Message 08-01-2026
Due to expected snowfall tomorrow, we will be running telephone appointments during the morning to help keep both patients and staff safe.
If the front gate and door are locked, please be assured our staff are doing everything safely possible to get to the surgery.
Phone lines will remain open, and a Healthcare Navigator will be available to help with any queries.
If your call is not urgent, we kindly ask that you try to call later in the morning. This will allow staff time to manage any disruption caused by the snow, such as road closures, icy conditions, or technical issues.
If you have a face-to-face appointment with a GP, the nurse or an asthma review with our clinical pharmacist, these will be reviewed first thing in the morning and you will be contacted to rearrange if needed.
Thank you for your support and understanding. We aim to keep all routes of contact open, including telephone, email, and online consultations, although services may be limited.
