Your appointment

However you choose to contact us, we may offer you a consultation:

  • by phone
  • face to face at the surgery
  • on a video call
  • by text or email

Appointments by phone, video call or by text or email can be more flexible and often means you get help sooner.

If you feel that your problem could be dealt with safely over the telephone, please tell the receptionist that you would like a telephone consultation and the doctor will then telephone you at the end of morning surgery. The receptionist will ask for brief details of your problem to assist the doctor.
